Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Banquet, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies and event management.
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills management and problem solving skills, and the ability to build good relationships with clients.
- Ability to work in flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Job Description :
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management : Regularly visit clients to maintain close contact, generate banquet and event sales opportunities, and ensure personalized service. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to increase business and repeat bookings.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis : Establish and maintain a database on target markets, study competitors' plans, market shares, product prices, and performance, and identify new sales opportunities based on market trends.
- Sales Generation & Lead Management : Research, identify, and classify sales opportunities. Reach out to new clients and present tailored product/service pitches. Develop plans to upsell additional facilities and generate extra revenue from banquets and events.
- Collaboration & Team Support : Develop positive working relationships with all departments and support the team to achieve shared goals. Attend all scheduled sales meetings and contribute to team success.
- Customer Service & After-Sales Support : Oversee all post-sales service, including continuous communication with clients, handling complaints, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction. Act as a liaison between departments and event organizers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Administrative Support: Ensure all administrative documents related to sales and banquet services are prepared and distributed accurately. Compile and distribute Banquet Event Orders to all relevant departments. Study event bookings to maximize revenue through upselling additional services and facilities.
- Reporting & Data Management : Submit periodic reports to management detailing sales achievements, marketing challenges, and customer feedback. Gather market intelligence and provide data on performance to guide decision-making.
- Marketing & Promotion Strategy : Create and implement effective marketing schedules for banquet and sales activities. Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop and execute plans for promotions, advertising, and sales offers to enhance market share.
- Reputation Management & Communication : Help build and enhance the Brand's reputation by offering highly personalized service in line with standard operating procedures. Manage phone calls and respond promptly to all inquiries in person or online with clear, professional communication.
