Duluin Group is a Technology Company that focuses on providing end-to-end business process solutions. Through our ecosystem Duluin Gajian, Duluin Workin, Duluin Markin, Duluin Margin, Duluin Credo, and Duluin Satu Digital Creative, we help businesses streamline operations, workforce solutions, and digital growth.
We are currently looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development (B2B) to grow our HRIS product market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end B2B sales process, from prospecting, outreach, presentation, negotiation, closing, to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Manage sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in B2B SaaS/Technology.
- Proven experience handling end-to-end B2B sales and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple prospects/pipelines.
- Willing to be mobile and visit clients/partners.
