Requirements:
Proven relevant experience of making sushi, rolls, fish and so on
Experience with inventory and stock control
Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and portion sushi, rolls, fish and other menu items
* Follow recipes, portion sizes and kitchen standards
* Control product quality and freshness
* Manage proper storage and labeling of ingredients
* Take part in regular inventory and stock control
* Keep the kitchen clean and organised
Salary 5,000,000 for probation (1 month)
