Engineering bachelor degree
Relevant experience on Bali (renovation/construction)

Able to:
read drawings and convert them into site tasks.
prepare simple technical specifications.
inspect material quality and site workmanship.
find workers, tukang, suppliers and compare offers
Responsibilities:
Search, screen and coordinate workers, tukang, mandor and small contractor teams
Prepare simple technical specifications before each work starts
Review BOQ and contractor offers for missing items
Control material quality, quantity and delivery
Compare supplier offers and negotiate prices
Supervise workers on site
Check work quality against specifications, drawings and agreed method
Control hidden works before closing: plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, concrete, steel, anchors
Keep attendance sheet, material log, budget tracker and daily report
Protect owner’s interests and prevent overpricing, missing works and poor-quality execution
