Baker

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker Staff, or in a similar role.
2. Educational background in Culinary Arts, Pastry & Bakery, or a related field is preferred.
3. Good understanding of bread making, dough preparation, fermentation, baking, and pastry production.
4. Able to produce bakery products consistently following recipes and quality standards.
5. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining product quality and attention to detail.
7. Good time management and organizational skills.
8. Team player with a positive attitude, responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
9. Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
10. Basic English communication skills are a plus.
