Job Description
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and production standards.
- Produce various types of bread, pastries, and cakes, from mixing, proofing, shaping, baking to finishing.
- Ensure product quality in terms of taste, texture, and appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene of the kitchen area and equipment.
- Manage ingredient stock and report requirements to the related department.
- Follow food safety standards as well as health and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School/Vocational School in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Baker/Pastry.
- Proficient in basic bread, pastry, and cake-making techniques.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Able to work towards targets, both individually and in a team.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
