At cøpenhagen BALI, baking is built on craftsmanship, consistency, and respect for the process. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team in Uluwatu.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake bread, pastries, and other bakery products according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, shape, and presentation.
- Follow production schedules, recipes, SOPs, and food safety standards.
- Monitor fermentation, proofing, baking temperatures, and overall product quality.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work area.
- Minimise waste and handle ingredients responsibly.
- Work closely with the bakery team to ensure smooth daily production.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Baker in a bakery, café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Good understanding of baking techniques, fermentation, proofing, and dough handling.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and consistency.
- Reliable, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work early shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willing to be based in Uluwatu, Bali.
