Job description for Baker (Store) at Erajaya Swasembada Tbk

Experience in bakery, cake, or donut production
Able to prepare and produce donuts according to recipe and company standards
Understanding of production planning and daily production flow
Ensure SOP compliance and product consistency in taste and presentation
Coordinate raw material preparation and monitor stock usage
Basic understanding of inventory and stock management
Able to operate and maintain bakery production equipment properly
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in production area
Good time management and able to ensure production readiness on schedule
Strong team coordination and communication skills
Responsible, organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
Preferably experienced in F&B industry
