Job description for Baker - Ratio Coffee Brewers Kelapa Gading at Copper Hospitality Group

Placement : Mall of Indonesia, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta (We do not provide employee mess/residential accommodation)
- Responsible for daily bakery operations as baker, including preparation in the morning and end-of-day closing duties.
- Ensure every products made and served according to company standards, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, upholds food & beverage safety and hygiene protocols following the SOP that applies.
- This role also requires knowledge of making many kinds of dough, baking & decorating, Product R&D, Food safety and hygiene practices including the knowledge of allergen ingredients and such, eagerness to learn, strong teamwork and communication skills, punctuality, attention to detail, and willing to work late for events (overtime).
- Willing to work mobile : help out the barista and kitchen staff with serving customers after baking hours.
Kualifikasi yang diperlukan :
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK (Jurusan Tata Boga lebih diutamakan) atau memiliki Sertifikasi Kelas Tata Boga & Portofolio
- Diutamakan domisili dekat dengan Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara
- Pengalaman bekerja minimal 1 tahun di dunia Bakery atau minimal SMK Tata Boga (Jika punya portofolio, silakan kirim)
- Mampu membuat produk Roti / Pastry / Cake dan mengikuti trend yang ada (untuk R&D)
