Job description for Baker (Pembuat Roti/Pastry) at Bali Buda - Renon
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily quality checks to ensure all products meet the required taste and texture standards.
- Supervise pastry & cake production, ensuring all SOPs and standard recipes are followed.
- Assign daily tasks and organize production schedules according to outlet requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure food safety & hygiene standards are implemented in the production area.
- Monitor raw material stock, submit requisitions, and minimize waste.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and performance evaluation for the team.
- Prepare daily/weekly production reports for the Production Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Culinary Arts / Pastry & Bakery vocational school or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in pastry/bakery, with minimum 1 year in a leader/supervisor role.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry, cake decoration, and food safety.
- Experience working in F&B industry or large-scale production.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
- Willing to work in shifts.
