Job Description
We are looking for a Bahasa Indonesia Rockstar Teacher who will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality text-based and audiovisual content for Pahamify. This includes, but is not limited to, developing questions, explanations, and educational videos that help students understand Bahasa Indonesia concepts with clarity. The Rockstar Teacher ensures content accuracy, making learning both effective and enjoyable.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Indonesian Language Education, Indonesian Language, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in creating educational content and/or teaching Bahasa Indonesia or language-based reasoning, with familiarity with at least one of the following areas:
- TKA SD, SMP, and SMA: Bahasa Indonesia, with a strong understanding of reading comprehension, textual and inferential understanding, evaluation of ideas and information, and analysis of fiction and informational texts.
- UTBK-SNBT: Pengetahuan dan Pemahaman Umum (PPU), Kemampuan Memahami Bacaan dan Menulis (KMBM), Literasi dalam Bahasa Indonesia, and language-based aspects of Penalaran Umum.
- Independent university entrance exams (ujian mandiri PTN): Bahasa Indonesia, verbal reasoning, reading comprehension, and other language-related academic potential tests.
- CPNS: Bahasa Indonesia-related materials in TWK and verbal reasoning materials in TIU, including analogy, syllogism, and analytical reasoning.
- Strong understanding of Bahasa Indonesia, including reading comprehension, grammar, effective sentence construction, vocabulary, spelling, punctuation, and the use of KBBI and EYD/Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia.Strong time management and communication skills.
- Strong skills in educational content and assessment development, including question creation, written answer explanations, video-based question explanations, and the ability to classify questions according to their respective competencies and assessment frameworks.
- Strong teaching and tutoring skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt explanations to different student levels, from elementary to high school and exam-preparation learners.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail, particularly in developing accurate, engaging, and age-appropriate learning materials and assessment items.
- Strong time management and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
- Passion for continuous learning and self-development, particularly in keeping up with changes in curricula, assessment frameworks, and entrance or recruitment examinations.
