Backend Golang Developer

🔧 Responsibilities

- Develop high-performance WebSocket servers for real-time data streaming.

- Integrate TCP sockets using binary and text protocols.

- Build event-driven streaming systems supporting thousands of concurrent connections.

- Implement subscription-based streaming for market tickers, order books, trade feeds, and order updates.

- Optimize latency, throughput, memory usage, and system reliability (auto-reconnect, retry, and fault tolerance).

- Collaborate with Mobile and Frontend development teams.

✅ Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Backend Development, including at least 2 years of production experience with Golang.

- Strong proficiency in Golang: goroutines, channels, context, concurrency patterns, memory management, and performance profiling.

- Hands-on experience with WebSocket, TCP sockets, high-concurrency, and real-time streaming systems.

- Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and pub-sub patterns.

- Proficiency in PostgreSQL (query optimization, indexing, transactions) and Redis (caching/session management).

- Understanding of financial data integrity (decimal libraries), authentication, authorization, and data security.

- Familiarity with Clean Architecture/DDD and SOLID principles.

- Experience in Fintech, Banking, Trading, or Securities.

- Familiarity with FIX Protocol, Event Sourcing, CQRS, and binary protocol parsing.

- Experience building low-latency, high-throughput, and distributed systems.

- Familiarity with Kubernetes, gRPC, and Kafka/NATS.

- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
