Overview
We are looking for a Cloud Backend Developer with a passion for building scalable, high-performing backend systems using AWS. This hybrid role offers opportunities for both fresh graduates with strong logical thinking skills and experienced professionals (senior roles available for candidates with 3+ years of experience).
What will I be doing?
1. Backend Development:
- Design, implement, and maintain backend systems using Python.
- Build robust and scalable APIs (RESTful or GraphQL) to support frontend and integration needs.
2. Performance Tuning:
-Optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Conduct profiling and debugging to enhance system efficiency.
3. Cloud Integration:
- Build, deploy, and manage backend services on AWS (or other cloud platforms).
- Leverage serverless technologies and containerized solutions (Docker, Kubernetes).
4. Database Management:
-Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases to ensure efficient data handling.
5. Security and Compliance:
- Implement secure coding practices for APIs and cloud services.
6. Explore Generative AI and AWS Innovations:
- Get hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and frameworks.
- Experiment with and implement the latest AWS native technologies for cutting-edge cloud solutions.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python (Flask experience is not required, but familiarity with AWS Serverless stack or FastAPI is a plus).
-Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with tools like GitHub Copilot and Amazon CodeWhisperer is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Strong focus on performance optimization.
- Fresh graduates passionate about cloud and strong logical thinking in problem solving are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills:
- Senior candidates (4+ years) should have expertise in microservices, performance tuning, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Relevant AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are a strong plus.
