Job description for Backend Developer at PT Asa Ren Global Nusantara
Job Descriptions
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of back-end services.
- Create and manage databases, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity. Experience with various database systems such as SQL, NoSQL, or others may be required.
- Build and maintain robust APIs to facilitate communication between the front-end and back-end systems.
- Lead and participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure code quality and project success.
- Identify and address bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the performance of the back-end systems.
- Implement and maintain security best practices to protect data and ensure the integrity of the back-end infrastructure.
- Architect and develop solutions that can scale effectively to handle increasing loads and user demand.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance system functionality.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for code, APIs, and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Introduce new technologies and approaches to improve system architecture and development processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Having minimum 3 years of working experience
- Willing to be placed in Bandung.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used for back-end, especially Javascript, Typescript and Go Language.
- Experience with back-end frameworks like Express.js (Node.js).
- Experience with serverless.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems, including both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Proficient in version control systems, such as Git.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and debug complex issues.
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to mentor junior developers.
