Job Description
As a Back Order Analyst, you will be responsible for managing dealer back orders by coordinating with headquarters and other subsidiaries to ensure timely order fulfillment. You will monitor order status, work closely with internal teams to provide accurate delivery estimates, and proactively follow up on dealer orders and inquiries to deliver excellent customer support.
You will also build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the order process. In addition, you will prepare regular reports on outstanding orders and lead time performance to support operational planning and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline with a minimum GPA of 3.20/4.00. You should have at least one year of relevant experience, but fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply!
For this role, you should have a basic understanding of SAP and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. We are looking for someone who is able to communicate in English (spoken and written), proactive, detail-oriented, result-driven, and committed to achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
