Responsibilities:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM systems.
- Understanding of credit and debit transaction processes.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to handle customers with different personalities.
- Able to work efficiently and accurately while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good command of Bahasa Indonesia. English proficiency is a plus.
Requirements:
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Willing to attend meetings on days off if required.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and neat in handling administrative tasks.
- Proactive and able to take initiative in resolving customer issues.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Friendly and patient when handling customer requests and complaints.
