Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in educational operations, preferably in a formal or non-formal educational institution such as a school, tutoring center, course provider, or similar organization
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field. A degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Calendar, etc.) and/or Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proactive, adaptable, and fast-learning, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to work independently or collaboratively and quickly adapt to new processes, systems, and responsibilities
