Opportunity :
We are looking for an exceptional B2C Social Media Specialist Intern for the Indonesia market (immediate vacancy) to primarily increase YoRipe reach via social media growth (followers & engagement) and support B2B on revenue via brand collaborations.
Objectives & Responsibilities :
Support social media team using AARRR growth metric below
Acquisition:
- Increasing followers and engagement YoRipe social media account (Instagram from our organic content
- Get more visibility and viral on social media to gain more user conversion to YoRipe Application.
Activation & Retention:
- Execute and generate creative content creation for YoRipe social media platforms to gain maximum exposure and get the highest engagement rate.
Revenue:
- Support B2B team on campaign ops related to communities & social media
- Daily and weekly team report to help track progress
Referral:
- Leverage social media account to share about YoRipe and bring in more communities and users
- Share the latest trends of social media with the rest of the team, for user growth campaign ideas as well as brand collaborations ideas, etc.
- Gather social media data report weekly
- Increase YoRipe awareness through Community to Community from being actively giving engagement to other community social media account
Note: this is a full time internship, you’ll need to spend ~40 hours per week at work to ensure the best learning experience. If you have other commitments or on-going projects, please let us know in advance as we want the internship to be mutually beneficial.
Qualifications :
- Love social media! Strong desire to gain eyeballs and engagement via IG and Tiktok
- Must be last year on university and fresh graduate are welcome to apply (preferable women)
- Self-driven, motivated to drive growth and can work in a team
- Interactive and talkative person
- Update with newest social media trends especially in Food and Beverage industry
- Can think out of the box on problem solving
- Good communication skills, proactive and fast learner
- Resourceful, diligent and adaptive
- Excited to work in a startup environment where growth goals and stress level are high
- Able to speak and write in english
