Job description for B2C Sales Staff at IJI GROUP
JI Group is looking for a motivated and results-driven B2C Sales Staff to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with villas agents, travel agents, and other business partners.
- Find new agents to help promote and rent our villas.
- Present our villa portfolio and company services to potential partners.
- Follow up with agents and maintain good long-term relationships.
- Work closely with the reservations and operations teams to maximize bookings.
- Prepare simple sales reports and maintain partner records.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Experience in the villa, hospitality, travel, or property industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work independently and build strong business relationships.
