About the Role:
Good Laser is seeking a highly energetic B2C / Commercial Field Sales Specialist to target end-users, individual business owners, SMEs, and commercial buyers. You will be on the ground visiting commercial shops, maker spaces, local workshops, and trade centers to demonstrate and sell our laser cutting and industrial printing units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive direct sales to individual business owners, small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs), workshops, and commercial end-users.
- Perform active ground sales: field visits to commercial centers, trade shows, local fabrication hubs, and client workshops.
- Tap into existing commercial buyer networks to introduce Good Laser’s product lineup.
- Conduct engaging, hands-on product presentations and offer technical sales advice tailored to end-user needs.
- Manage sales pipelines from initial field contact to payment collection and unit delivery.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
- Industry Experience: Min. 3–4 years of experience selling directly to end-users/SMEs in Laser Cutting, Signage/Advertising Equipment, Digital Printing, CNC Routers, or Power Tools/Machinery.
- Field Mindset: Passionate about field prospecting, door-to-door commercial visits, and hands-on client interaction.
- Network: Established contacts with SME owners, commercial workshops, advertising agencies, or maker hubs.
- Language & Skills: Conversational English skills. Strong persuasion, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Location: Willing to work on-site at Foresta Business Loft, BSD City with regular field mobility.
