Job description for B2B Sales at PT Forta Larese

Cheetah Safety Wear adalah salah satu merek sepatu keselamatan (Safety Shoes) terkemuka di Indonesia. Kami berkomitmen untuk melindungi para pekerja di berbagai medan ekstrem dengan produk berkualitas tinggi. Saat ini, kami mencari individu yang dinamis, berorientasi pada target, dan komunikatif untuk bergabung bersama tim kami sebagai B2B Sales Executive.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

  • Mencari dan mengakuisisi klien B2B baru dari berbagai sektor industri (Manufaktur, Pertambangan, Minyak & Gas, Konstruksi, dll).
  • Membangun, memelihara, dan memperkuat hubungan bisnis jangka panjang dengan klien korporat yang sudah ada.
  • Merencanakan dan melakukan presentasi produk, serta memberikan solusi keselamatan kerja yang tepat sesuai kebutuhan klien.
  • Membuat penawaran harga (quotation), bernegosiasi, dan memastikan pencapaian target penjualan yang ditetapkan perusahaan.
  • Memantau tren pasar, aktivitas kompetitor, dan memberikan laporan penjualan secara berkala kepada manajemen.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 dari segala jurusan.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2-3 tahun sebagai B2B Sales/Corporate Sales (pengalaman di industri APD/Safety Equipment, Manufaktur, atau B2B Industrial menjadi nilai tambah yang besar).
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan presentasi yang sangat baik.
  • Berorientasi pada target, proaktif, dan memiliki kemampuan problem-solving.
  • Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Mampu membuat pelaporan yang komprehensif mengenai sales dan pencapaian.
  • Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM A) yang masih aktif.
  • Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas jika diperlukan.
