Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales B2B
• Proven experience in the training industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, social media, and sales tools.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Excellent persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in Pancoran Mas, Depok
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound prospecting
Identify and qualify potential B2B clients to build a strong sales pipeline
Initiate contact with prospects via calls, emails, and other communication channels
Conduct meetings and presentations to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
Develop and deliver customized proposals and sales presentations
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing
Achieve and exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance regularly
