- Achieve B2B sales targets through corporate orders, government institutions, communities, resellers, and partner stores.
- Find and grow B2B clients: corporate (merchandise/uniforms), government institutions, communities, EOs, resellers, and partner stores.
- Prepare price quotations and custom/collab proposals in line with the MOQ policy.
- Manage the sales pipeline from prospect, meeting, quotation, and PO to full payment.
- Coordinate custom orders with Product Development/Purchasing and deliveries with Warehouse.
- Monitor receivables and collections with Finance.
- Lead and coach B2B Staff and set individual targets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and pipeline reports.
REQUIREMENT :
- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Management or Marketing.
- Min. 3 years in B2B/corporate sales, min. 1 year as Supervisor, preferably in garment, merchandise, or apparel.
- Has a network of corporates, government institutions, or communities.
- Strong in negotiation, presentation, and closing.
- Familiar with CRM/pipeline tracking and Excel.
- Holds a car/motorcycle driving license (SIM A/C) and is willing to travel.
- Age 27 to 38.
- Experience handling custom/co-branding orders and government tenders.
