  • Hiring Founding Sales Members for our New Indonesia Office!
  • Drive business growth in the local market and take a hands-on role in launching our operations from the ground up (0 to 1).

【What you'll do】

  • Drive Sales for "ZUMEN" (Drawing Management SaaS)
    • Lead New Business Development targeting local companies in Indonesia.
    • Execute Full Sales Cycle: from cold calling and lead generation to high-impact online demos.
    • Field Sales in Manufacturing: Get on the ground to engage with factories and component manufacturers.
  • Customer Success & Account Management
    • Post-Sales Follow-up: Ensure seamless onboarding and continuous support for our clients.
    • Drive Product Adoption: Actively help clients integrate "ZUMEN" into their daily workflows to maximize value.
    • Relationship Building: Deepen long-term partnerships by identifying client pain points and delivering solutions.
  • Global Collaboration with Japan HQ
    • Bridge the Gap: Sync with the Japan-based Overseas Sales Team and our 4 Indonesian colleagues through regular strategic meetings.
    • Strategize & Execute: Participate in shaping sales strategies and take ownership of local implementation.
    • Operations & Synergy: Work closely with the global team to optimize cross-border operations.

【Who We Are Looking For】

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
    • Sales Experience: 2+ years of success in any sales field.
    • Languages: Business proficiency in Indonesian and English. (Japanese language skills are NOT required).
    • Mobility: Willingness to travel across Indonesia.

  • ◼︎ Preferred Qualifications
    • B2B Expertise: Experience in business-to-business sales.
    • Tech Savvy: Background in selling SaaS or IT services.
    • Industry Knowledge: Experience dealing with the manufacturing sector.
    • Global Mindset: Previous experience working in international environments.
    • Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 or N2)

【Compensation & Benefits】

  • Salary
    • Monthly Salary:28,355,000 IDR〜37,807,000 IDR
    • Annual Salary (Expected): 482,040,000 IDR〜642,720,000 IDR
    • THR (Religious Holiday Allowance): Equivalent to 1-month salary (as per labor regulations).
    • Bonus: Twice a year (May & November)
    • Salary Review: Twice a year (May & November)

  • Employment type
    • Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)
    • Probationary Period: 3 months
    • We provide full support during this period to ensure a smooth onboarding and successful start!

  • Working hours
    • Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour break)
    • Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Extended lunch break from 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM for Friday prayers)

    • Subsequently, 12 days will be granted annually in accordance with labor regulations.
