Job Description
The B2B Sales Specialist – Feed Ingredients will spearhead market penetration and client acquisition within the livestock and animal nutrition sectors. This role focuses on establishing commercial supply agreements with industrial feed millers, integrators, and large-scale commercial farms. You will be responsible for promoting and securing volume commitments for feed commodities, premixes, and specialty feed additives while delivering dependable product solutions tailored to operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospective leads, build an active sales pipeline, and close B2B accounts with feed mills, integrators, and commercial livestock operations.
- Develop, nurture, and expand lasting partnerships with key purchasing, nutrition, and executive decision-makers.
- Conduct commercial presentations, negotiate pricing, structure trade terms, and manage the complete sales closing process.
- Offer practical insights regarding animal nutrition, feed additives, and raw material utilization (added value).
- Consistently log sales milestones, manage account details, and report performance via digital CRM and collaboration tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales (experience in animal nutrition, feed commodities, veterinary products, or agribusiness preferred).
- Tech-savvy: comfortable utilizing modern workspace software, data spreadsheets, and digital CRM platforms.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for territory coverage and site visits.
- Strong deal-closing capability, commercial acumen, and consultative communication skills.
- Working knowledge of livestock nutrition, diet formulation, or feed manufacturing processes is a strong advantage.
