Job description for B2B Sales Exeutive - IT & Telco at PT. Kami Klique Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Business Development:
1a. Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in the digital payments & telecommunications space.
1b. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline by continuously seeking new leads.
1c. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
2. Client Relationship Management:
2a. Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate clients.
2b. Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
2c. Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and issue resolution.
3. High-Level Communication & Negotiation:
3a. Meet and communicate with board members, directors, and key decision-makers.
3b. Present proposals and sales strategies effectively to top-level management.
3c. Conduct regular meetings and reporting sessions with stakeholders.
4. Sales Target & Performance Management:
4a. Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4b. Track, analyze, and optimize sales performance and customer retention rates.
4c. Ensure smooth execution of sales processes by coordinating with internal teams.
Job Requirements:
- Must be Female (as per hiring preference)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, IT, telco, or digital payment industries
- Proven ability to generate leads and manage key accounts
- Excellent negotiation & communication skills, comfortable speaking with C-level executives
- Strong understanding of IT, telco, and digital payment industries
- Highly target-driven, smart, and a fast learner
