About Nilaya
Nilaya is a growing wellness and traditional medicine brand focused on high-quality natural supplements and functional health products. We have a wide range of products including superfood powders, herbal extracts in capsules, protein powders and functionnal gummies.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Executive to expand Nilaya’s distribution network and develop long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage B2B accounts (retailers, pharmacies, gyms, wellness centers, cafés, restaurants...)
* Identify and approach new wholesale partners
* Present products, pricing, and brand positioning professionally
* Negotiate partnerships and close sales deals
* Maintain strong client relationships and repeat orders
* Provide market feedback and growth opportunities
Requirements
* Experience in B2B sales, FMCG, supplements, or wellness industry preferred
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
* Comfortable with field visits and client meetings
* English required (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
