B2B Sales Executive

PT Kentford Group Indonesia is looking for a motivated B2B Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and approach potential B2B customers.
2. Conduct customer visits, presentations, and regular follow-ups.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
4. Prepare quotations and support the sales process until closing.
5. Maintain accurate prospect and sales activity reports.
6. Achieve sales targets and assigned KPIs.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
2. Previous experience in B2B Sales, particularly in heavy equipment sales, is preferred.
3. Experience in generators, machinery, industrial equipment, automotive, electrical products, or related industries is an advantage.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proactive, target-oriented, disciplined, and willing to conduct field/customer visits.
6. Able to work independently and consistently follow up with prospects.
7. English communication skills are an advantage.
