KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business partners.
- Manage communication with business partners through phone calls and digital channels, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Identify and resolve partners’ concerns by providing effective and solution-oriented support.
- Serve as the company's official representative, upholding brand values and maintaining a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 0–1 year of experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or a related role.
- Basic understanding of reseller operations, business partnerships, or partner relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with business partners.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to develop and nurture strategic business relationships
