About The Role
As a Freelance B2B Partnership, you will play a key role in expanding Rica Rico Bakery's business through strategic partnerships. Your primary responsibility is to identify, approach, and secure new B2B clients across various industries, helping our products reach more customers through corporate and institutional channels
Job Desc:
- Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B clients to expand Rica Rico Bakery's business across industries such as catering, hospitality, healthcare, transportation, travel, corporate offices, and event services.
- Develop strategic partnerships by introducing Rica Rico Bakery's products and identifying collaboration opportunities that drive business growth.
- Manage the end-to-end partnership process, including prospecting, meetings, proposal presentations, negotiations, and deal closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to create long-term business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and successful execution of partnerships.
- Achieve agreed partnership targets and provide regular updates on sales activities and business development progress.
Qualification:
- Proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Partnership, Key Account Management, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong networking, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experienced in identifying, approaching, and acquiring new business opportunities.
- Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve business development and client acquisition goals.
- Familiarity with the food & beverage, hospitality, retail, or FMCG industry is a plus.
- Having an established network within corporate, hospitality, healthcare, transportation, travel, or event industries is an advantage.
- Willing to work remotely and manage a flexible schedule while meeting assigned targets.
- Willing to work on a freelance basis.
