Job description for B2B Partnership Excecutive at PT Lime International Trading

Are you passionate about Korean beauty and skilled at building strong business networks? Join our team and play a key role in expanding the reach of leading K-beauty brands across Indonesia’s retail and distribution landscape.

YOUR ROLE

As a B2B Partnership, you’ll be the driving force behind our business collaborations. From beauty retailers to distributors and corporate partners, you’ll create impactful partnerships that boost sales, strengthen our market presence, and bring Korean beauty closer to customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

✅ Identify and secure new B2B opportunities with beauty retailers, distributors, and corporate clients

✅ Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail and distribution partners (Sociolla, Guardian, Watsons, KKV, etc.)

✅ Negotiate partnership terms, pricing, and collaboration agreements

✅ Work with marketing teams to launch co-branding initiatives, joint promotions, and in-store activations

✅ Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of partnership deals

✅ Monitor performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements to maximize ROI

✅ Stay up-to-date on beauty industry trends, competitor activities, and retail innovations

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✅ Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Communication, or other related fields

✅ Proven experience in B2B partnership, preferably with beauty retailers (Sociolla, Guardian, Watsons, KKV, etc.)

✅ Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

✅ Solid understanding of retail distribution dynamics in Indonesia

✅ Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and proactive problem solver

✅ Passion for Korean beauty trends and the retail industry
