B2B Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

Just Bamboo is an Indonesian engineered bamboo products company focused on supplying high-quality bamboo panels for architecture, interior design, furniture, hospitality and construction projects.
We are looking for a B2B Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can help us build the Just Bamboo brand and, more importantly, generate qualified business leads from architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, hospitality groups and other professional buyers.
This is not a pure social media/content role.
We are looking for someone who understands how digital marketing can generate real business opportunities.
What You Will Do
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for B2B customers.
* Generate qualified leads through Google, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, content and other relevant channels.
* Build campaigns targeting architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, furniture manufacturers and hospitality businesses.
* Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
* Develop content that explains our bamboo products, applications, technical advantages and completed projects.
* Create landing pages, case studies and other marketing materials.
* Manage and improve website performance, SEO and search visibility.
* Build and manage professional databases and lead-generation funnels.
* Track campaign performance, CPL, conversion rates and qualified leads.
* Work closely with the sales/business development team to convert marketing leads into actual projects and orders.
* Research competitors and identify new market opportunities.
* Help position Just Bamboo as a professional building-material brand rather than simply a bamboo lifestyle brand.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
* 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, B2B marketing or lead generation.
* Proven experience generating leads or sales through digital channels.
* Experience in one or more of these industries is highly preferred:
* Building materials
* Architecture
* Interior design
* Furniture
* Construction
* Property / real estate
* Hospitality
* Manufacturing
* B2B products
* Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
* Good understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and website performance.
* Strong content and copywriting skills.
* Good visual sense and understanding of architecture/interior/design content.
* Able to work independently and take ownership of results.
* Comfortable working with numbers, analytics and campaign performance.
