The opportunity:
We need a proactive marketer who can turn ideas into a measurable customer acquisition process. You will help define the strategy, run tests, coordinate our designer and technical leadership, and convert relevant prospects into qualified sales conversations. This is not primarily a content production role.
What You Will Own:
- Research ideal US customers, buyer needs, and competitors; propose focused channel experiments.
- Test relevant acquisition routes, including Upwork, targeted outreach, and LinkedIn.
- Build prospect lists, manage personalized outreach, and follow up consistently.
- Qualify interested buyers and book sales conversations for company leadership.
- Coordinate content and website messaging with our designer and technical team.
- Track the pipeline, report weekly, and improve campaigns using response data.
What we are looking for:
- Around 1-3 years of relevant B2B marketing, growth, or lead-generation experience.
- Hands-on evidence of outreach campaigns or qualified B2B lead generation.
- Strong ownership, initiative, organization, and follow-through.
- Good written English and comfort communicating with business decision-makers.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, spreadsheets/CRM tools, or AI-assisted workflows.
- Nice to have: US market or software services experience.
