We're looking for a Fashion Designer who can translate diverse client briefs into well-crafted, production-ready collections, from corporate uniforms and institutional wear to custom capsule projects.

What you'll own:
👗 Concept development tailored to each B2B / B2G client brief
🎨 Sketches, flat drawings & tech packs (Illustrator / CLO 3D)
🧶 Fabric selection & material sourcing
📐 Pattern making, grading & sample iteration
🪡 Fittings, QC & production coordination with our konveksi partners
📊 Trend & market research to elevate every client proposal
You might be our person if you have:
✅ 2+ years in fashion design (uniform, corporate wear, or B2B project experience = big plus)
✅ Strong technical skills: pattern, grading, tech packs
✅ Ability to balance client requirements with strong design sensibility
✅ Hands-on experience with konveksi/sewing teams
✅ A portfolio that demonstrates versatility across briefs 🤩
