About the Role
We are not looking for a traditional employee. We are seeking a highly connected B2B professional who already has strong relationships within the Indonesia beauty market and can quickly convert those relationships into real distribution opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who already knows key decision makers and has a proven track record of closing deals with distributors, retail chains, and beauty brands.
If you still need time to build your network or explore the market, this role may not be suitable.
Key Responsibilities
Introduce Vacure:treat to:
Key beauty distributors
Retail chains (offline and online)
Strategic beauty partners
Use existing relationships to generate:
Meetings
Negotiations
Signed distribution agreements
Build and manage active deal pipelines
Support the company in entering and expanding within the Indonesia beauty market
Success Metrics (First 30 Days)
Minimum 10 qualified meetings with distributors or retail buyers
Minimum 3 active deal pipelines
Minimum 1 signed distribution agreement
Requirements
You may be a strong fit if you:
Have experience working with:
Beauty distributors
Retail chains
Beauty brands in Indonesia
Personally know decision makers within:
Retail buying teams
Distribution companies
Have a proven record of successfully closing B2B deals
Can immediately open doors and create business opportunities
This role is not suitable if you:
Claim to have many connections but cannot identify decision makers
Cannot demonstrate deals you have personally closed
Need several months to begin exploring the market
Compensation
We offer flexible compensation options:
Option A (Preferred)
High commission per successful deal (10–20%)
Option B
Monthly retainer plus commission
There is no earning cap. The larger the deals you close, the higher your earning potential.
