B2B SALES EXECUTIVE (ARTISAN BAKERY- BALI BASED)
Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive with a strong network in the mid-to-high-end hospitality industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving target-backed B2B partnerships across specialty coffee shops, premium cafes, restaurants, hotels, and luxury villa management groups for Barō’s artisan bakery products. Because our brand operates in the premium segment, your primary focus will be on value-based selling, communicating quality, craftsmanship, and brand value.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: 2–3+ years in B2B Sales/BD with a proven track record of hitting quotas in F&B or premium hospitality supply.
Network: Existing contacts with decision-makers in high-end cafes, specialty coffee, and luxury villa management.
Skills: Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and fluent English communication.
Mindset: Target-driven, proactive, and passionate about the premium F&B industry.
