Responsibilities
1. Plan and produce website articles based on briefs, keywords, and audience needs, optimized for search as well as GEO and AEO, using our internal article creator tool.
2. Review and quality-check AI-assisted content for accuracy, tone, and brand fit before it goes live.
3. Refresh and optimize existing content, including on-page SEO, structure, internal links, and CTAs.
4. Support brand visibility through brand mention articles and backlink outreach and placements.
5. Develop editorial plans, along with social media ideas, captions, and video script directions.
6. Create AI-generated avatar videos, from ideas and scripts to copy and visual direction, in line with campaign needs and brand character.
7. Write copy for landing pages and lead magnets, and plan, write, and set up email marketing campaigns in GetResponse.
8. Monitor content and website performance using GSC, GA4, and Screaming Frog, prepare regular reports, and recommend next steps.
9. Identify technical SEO issues (schema, Core Web Vitals, on-page technical elements), brief the Build Team, and follow up until they are implemented.
10. Collaborate with Service Managers to align on client goals and priorities.
11. Manage deliverables and monthly targets across multiple client accounts at the same time.
Requirements
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in SEO.
2. Solid understanding of on-page SEO, and experience writing keyword-focused content that answers readers' questions and supports GEO/AEO.
3. Understanding of schema markup implementation and basic Core Web Vitals, enough to spot issues and brief the Build Team.
4. Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog.
5. Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) in daily work, including AI-based video creation, and able to check and improve AI output rather than publish it as is.
6. Understanding of email marketing and able to set up campaigns in GetResponse.
7. Experience handling multiple clients or projects at the same time, with strong organization and time management.
8. Experience with content refreshes, editorial planning, and writing copy in various formats.
9. Ability to develop ideas and scripts for social media and avatar video content.
10. Familiarity with backlink outreach and publication coordination.
11. Able to read performance data (traffic, rankings, backlinks) and turn it into clear reports and recommendations.
12. Good communication and collaboration skills across client-facing and technical teams.
13. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and good business English.
14. Able to work in a hybrid setup in South Jakarta.
