Job Description
As an Automotive Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing the sales team, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Operations
- Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
- Maintain premium showroom standards, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate stock replenishment with the warehouse team.
- Ensure operational procedures are implemented consistently.
- Sales Performance
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare business reports.
- Identify market opportunities to increase revenue.
- Monitor KPIs and improve store productivity.
- Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve outstanding performance.
- Conduct daily briefings and regular performance reviews.
- Create work schedules and manage team productivity.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.
- Customer Experience
- Ensure every customer receives exceptional service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
- Build long-term customer relationships and improve customer retention.

- Business Development
- Collaborate with Marketing to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Support digital sales initiatives through e-commerce and social media.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Automotive, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, sales management, or automotive retail.
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a sales team.
- Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
