Job Overview
The Parts Procurement is responsible for sourcing automotive spare parts from approved suppliers while ensuring the best combination of quality, cost, and delivery. The role supports uninterrupted operations through efficient purchasing and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Source automotive parts from approved domestic and international suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate pricing, delivery, and commercial terms.
- Create and manage purchase orders in the ERP system.
- Monitor supplier performance on quality, cost, and delivery.
- Coordinate with planning, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely procurement.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and supplier development.
- Resolve supplier quality and delivery issues.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and contractual requirements.
- Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and supplier performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in automotive procurement or supply chain.
- Knowledge of automotive components, purchasing processes, and inventory management.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Willing to work on-site in Head Office, South Jakarta.
