Job description for Audit and Compliance Manager at Kyanon Digital
- Participates in governance activities such as creation and review of policies, standards and procedures/guidance documents in compliance with service delivery standards, ISO 27001, ISO 9001 or other standards as required.
- Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for services.
- Implements, and manages processes to ensure that services and operation meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
- Conducts periodic internal reviews or audits to maintain compliance with organizational regulations, guidelines, and policies.
- Assesses service, project, compliance, or operational risks; and identifies compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
- Recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues and develops risk management strategies.
- Advises internal management or business partners on the implementation or operation of compliance programs;
- Provides assistance to external auditors in compliance reviews and certification centers in ISO certifications obtaining, etc.
- Keeps informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes on organizational processes;
- Proven experience in creation, implementation procedures in compliance with service delivery, ISO 9001, ISO 27001 or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
- Has an analytical mind and critical thinking.
- Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities.
- High sense of responsibility, high degree of accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Effective oral, written & interpersonal communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Highest level of integrity regarding confidential information.
- Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure to deliver results.
- Certified compliance professional is a plus
