What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Provide personalised rehabilitation plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Recommend and fit appropriate hearing aid technologies to improve patient outcomes
- Deliver follow-up care and ongoing support to ensure optimal hearing performance
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service and care
- Contribute to clinic growth through community outreach and engagement activities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology from a recognised institution
- 1–2 years of clinical experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Exposure to a retail hearing care environment will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
