ASSSTANT TEACHER / SHADOW TEACHER
(For Special Need Students)
JOBDESCRIPTION
• Stay by the child’s side throughout the day to support their learning, safety, and emotional needs
• Create personalized learning plans that match the child’s unique needs
• Use creative teaching methods, tools, and equipment to help the child learn and grow
• Track progress and share updates with the team and Teachers
• Keep learning yourself! Join professional development sessions
• Help improve and shape our special education program
REQUIREMENT
• Must be fluent in English!
• At least 3 years of experience working with children with special needs
• Understanding of different learning styles and how to support them
• Kindness, patience, and a deep belief in the potential of every child
• Strong English communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to be present with one child full-time each day
