Kualfikasi :
Proficient in operating computers, especially Ms. Office (Excel and Word).
Proficient in English (both written and verbal communication).
Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
Detail-oriented, diligent, honest, and a team player.
Fast learner, energetic, and dynamic.
Prior experience in the garment industry as an Assistant Merchandiser or Follow Up is a plus.
Willing to work overtime to ensure deadlines are met.
Job Description :
Perform data input and SAP system updates related to Merchandising tasks.
Create and send Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on material orders.
Monitor samples, artwork approvals, and production progress.
Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure on-time delivery to buyers.
Complete KP (Order Confirmation), BOM (Bill of Material), PR (Purchase Request), and PO tasks accurately and within deadlines.
Prepare Annual Reports, Company Profiles, and Press Releases.
