Kualifikasi :
- Kandidat harus memiliki kesadaran tentang keselamatan, kesehatan, lingkungan, energi dan menjadikannya sebagai prioritas.
- Pendidikan min SMA atau diploma semua jurusan
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Mold sepatu sebagai Assistant Manager minimal 5 tahun
- Bisa dan mengerti membaca 2D Drawing, Rhinocheros 3D Drawing dan kontruksi Mold
- Mengerti dan memahami proses press outsole, PU, IP, CMP & Phylon
- Memahami MQAA Tooling secara detail
- Menguasai komputer Microsoft Office
- Bahasa Inggris min pasif
- Memiliki loyalitas yang tinggi
- Memiliki jiwa Leadership
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik
- Membuat rencana untuk perbaikan dan penghematan energi
- Bertanggung jawab untuk melaksanakan semua tugas sebagai Building Manager di Komite Energi
