Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing within the manufacturing industry, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or Assistant Sales Manager role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategy, sales forecasting, market expansion, distributor/channel management, and key account management.
- Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service and business operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Results-oriented, customer-focused, proactive, and possess strong leadership and integrity.
