Associate Product Owner (ERP & .NET Development)

Sumber Solusi Hebat is a growing IT outsourcing company, specializing in providing top-notch tech solutions for a diverse range of industries. 

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Associate Product Owner to join our team and lead the development of specialized ERP systems built on .NET technology.

1. Act as the bridge between business and technical teams to ensure clarity in requirements and smooth execution.

2. Lead, manage and execute ERP development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to drive successful product delivery.

4. Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and stakeholder satisfaction.

5. Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that features are delivered in line with customer and business needs.

6. Track and report on project progress, addressing any roadblocks and ensuring timely delivery.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience as a Product Owner 

2. Strong understanding of SLDC methodologies (esp. agile, waterfall), with experience in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management.

3. Clear and concise communication skills 

4. Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships effectively.

5. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
