- Leading Marketing Campaigns & Strategy
- Create 360 marketing plan with Product Marketing Manager, based on the business data and user insight
- Managing the project including setting the KPI target & budget,
- Lead and manage all marketing campaigns and projects with excellent execution in all channel
- Provide a monitoring to track the business progress in daily basis
- Provide evaluation and recommendation in every campaign or activities for further strategy
- Delivering the right promo mechanism to grow the business
- Develop the promo coupon mechanism while maintaining the average order value
- Understanding the trend on our user in order to create the best timing to do the promotion
- Working with relevant stakeholders in daily process on run the marketing strategy
- Develop the long term strategy for the product together with product marketing manager
- Engage with the research team to gather insight from users to understand the user more and create better marketing strategy
- Work closely with all marketing channel team to ensure well executed marketing strategy
- Bachelor from all majors
- Min 2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand, and or Digital Marketing from respective companies
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good attention to details
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in an international team environment
- Able to create actionable insights based on business performance
- Have a great creativity on creating a marketing plan and activities
- Proactive, high agility, able to think & execute fast, to match the competitive environment, multitasking
- Have a great communication and project management skill
