Job Description
- Assist in project planning and scheduling with Project Manager
- Maintain and update project timelines using tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project
- Act as a liaison between developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute regular project updates (weekly/monthly reports or presentations)
- Collect feedback from clients and relay it accurately to internal teams
- Assist in preparing both internal and client-facing status reports
- Identify potential project risks and report them to Project Manager
- Log, track, and follow up on issues to ensure timely resolution
- Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives (if Agile/Scrum is used)
- Help maintain the product backlog and coordinate with Product Owners or Scrum Masters when needed
- Collaborate with QA team to ensure testing is completed on schedule
- Available to start immediately and open to a 6-month contract role
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/software project coordination or management
- Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Familiar with Project Management and analysis tools (R Studio/Power BI/Python) is a plus
- Available to start immediately and open to a 12 month-contract role
