As a Pruventure, you will play an important role in achieving company targets through market surveys, public education, and client engagement activities. You are expected to understand the company’s products thoroughly and provide professional recommendations when needed.
You will also participate in professional training programs conducted by the company with the opportunity to advance into a managerial position within 12 months based on performance and development progress.
During the training period, you will gain valuable knowledge, practical business experience, and opportunities to continuously develop your personal and professional skills while contributing to the company’s business growth.
Qualifications
* Age between 25 – 40 years old
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Responsive and able to provide timely feedback
* Extensive network and trusted reputation within the community
* Highly motivated, eager to learn new things, and enjoys challenges
* Leadership qualities and strong personal character
* Previous experience in marketing is a plus
* Creative, energetic, and proactive personality
