Job description for Associate Account Director at We Are Social Indonesia
We Are Social Indonesia is looking for an Associate Account Director to join our client services team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the main contact for clients and build long-term relationships.
- Lead multiple accounts and ensure projects are delivered smoothly from brief to execution.
- Work with Creative, Strategy, and Community teams to deliver the best solutions for clients.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, scopes of work, and overall campaign quality.
- Understand client needs and turn them into clear briefs for internal teams.
- Look for opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business opportunities.
- Handle client feedback and resolve any issues that arise during projects.
- Coach and support junior members of the Client Services team.
- Monitor campaign performance, evaluate results, and recommend optimization strategies based on insights and client objective.
- Lead KOL & community scope of work.
- Join in new business opportunities, including client pitches, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and presentations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Client Services, preferably in a creative, digital, or advertising agency.
- Indonesian citizen and currently based in Jakarta.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Executive.
- Strong client management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling banking or financial services clients will be an advantage.
- Willing to work from our Jakarta office under a hybrid working arrangement (4 days WFO, 1 day WFA).
